OWN COACHING:

OWN Coaching is managed and owned by our Head Coach, Mike Moore.

Mike is a very competent cyclist who has been racing for over 20 years in a variety of disciplines, including MTB, CX, road and TT, track and BMX. There’s very little he hasn’t competed in at some point, and almost nothing that he won’t do if given the chance!

At OWN Coaching we really believe in the mantra Only What’s Necessary and Only When Necessary. You won’t find our training plans full of filler to get you to 12 hours a week, we design your training based on what will give the best results. We don’t sell off the shelf training plans; everything we design for you is bespoke.

We also focus on the whole athlete – we want to have athletes who are healthy and functional human beings first, and effective athletes second. This means we try to work on a holistic approach to training, ensuring that the body, mind and muscles all work together in harmony to give the best performance, best health and most fun!
